I am 47 years was detected with CA prostate after various investigations in Jaslok Hospital under Dr Rushi Deshpande(Nephrologist). He referred me to Dr. Santosh Gawali Uro Surgeon. Dr. Santosh Gawali consulted me about the surgery. Under the proper guidance of
Dr Santosh Gawali my Channel TURP and bilateral Orchiectomy surgery was successful.
Dr Santosh Gawali is very kind, friendly, polite and care taking person.I thank to Dr Santosh Gawali.

Best ever doc I ever came across.Very charming personality.... Helpful nature .. Excellent explanation n communication skills.
I had stone problem causing severe pain requiring injections. Consulted one urologist who asked me to undergo emergency surgery which panicked me also charges he told were exorbitant. Then consulted Dr Gawali..his approach was totally different..He explained me that 50% chance of my stone to be passed spontaneously.suegery only if I can't bear pain. He prescribed medications n fortunately I passed stone after 3 days
In the era where every other doc want to make money by panicking the patients he is totally different.
I'm thankful to him forever.
Must visit to experience the difference.

Worst doctor ever.. my mother had to be gixed a fistula coz if her kidneys damaged for dialysis. This doctor to make extra money decided on his own to fix fistula on her wrist without getting the reports to see if those nerves are good enough gor fistula. After operating and taking a huge amount from us he said that tgis fistula wont work coz the nerves are weak so we will fix a new fiatula and that time said i wont charge extra money just pay for hospital expenses. Now when we went to him for the same he wants more money to operate. Ridiculous scum not worthy of this noble profession.
