The best Chiropractic Doctor there is in my experience. I have been his patient for 24 years. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would never go anywhere else. Love Karen his assistant too. So helpful, sweet and accommodating when trying to fit my emergencies in.

Great Doctor and person! Very knowledgeable beyond just the back. Goes after to root of the problem, no matter back, leg, or arm. Very good with muscle/manual manipulation, as well. Also, will not hesitate to suggest when you should consult your GP, etc. The staff are very pleasant, making any wait times unnoticeable. Highly recommend Dr Helson!!

Knows his stuff! Great with athletic injuries and coaching you thru the progression of your treatment. Friendly office, very relaxed and professional atmosphere. His techniques seem to be very effective without the fancy gadgets and machines other centers seem to focus on. As a result, better overall results in a shorter time frame, and very reasonable fees.

Dr. Helson is my "go to". I always walk away feeling immediate gratification. Dr. Helson is extremely knowledgeable and has magical hands. If it wasnt for him I'd be taking prescription medications. I trust his skills since I haven't felt this good in many years. Lee-Anne is welcoming and creates a friendly atmosphere at the front end. They are punctual and dont keep you waiting.

I am a multisport athlete and have been a patient of Dr. Helson's, for over 15 years - since I first spied his name in a list of Top 40 Under 40 chiropractors in Canada. He was an ironman triathlete so he totally relates to the needs of athletes. Many of his patients are not athletes and I've heard them sing his praises when arriving or departing the reception area. Although I occasionally require a quick adjustment to fix a popped rib, something I am prone to, I keep things mostly under control with a "tune up" every 4 months or so. I don't know how people function without regular chiropractic care. Everything works better in alignment!! Dr Helson is extremely pleasant. His manipulations are gentle and patient. His longtime receptionist is equally pleasant. Bookings made by phone will be confirmed by text if that works for you. I rarely wait past my appointment time but, if I do ,I know he has squeezed someone in with an emergency - I have been that emergency appointment so I cannot complain! It might be a difference of 10 minutes.
