Dr Gould is a great Dr only been once but Dr Gould is a very knowledgeable and he explained every thing so i could understand the problem i am having with my feet and the best thing about the vist was he took time with me to help with my pain.

My doctor referred me because I have a bunion. After 8 months and 6 visits, I still did not get shoes that fit, and now the doctor wants me to pay $30 shipping fee to get yet another pair of shoes that may or may not fit. His staff cannot seem to measure my feet correctly, but somehow he acts like it is my fault. He made me feel like some kind of freak with weird feet just because I have a high arch and a short heel. He acts more like a bad shoe salesman than a doctor. I am very annoyed at this attitude, and I still have a bunion, calluses, and no comfortable shoes. I am going to have to go find another podiatrist but I want to warn others about his lack of caring and competence.
