I had surgery with Dr. Barnsley this year and had a great experience with him at Clinic 805. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the facility and surgical center were clean and welcoming. Dr. Barnsley took great care to ensure I was informed, explained everything clearly and answered my questions. The day of surgery was very smooth, and I was treated so well by all of the staff and Dr. Barnsley. I had breast augmentation and lipo to contour my body shape again after 2 kids. The recovery wasn't the easiest, but I was prepared for it, and the outcome was definitely worth it! I would highly recommend Dr. Barnsley.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Barnsley is wonderful. The initial consult was informative and I left the office in Lanzville feeling confident about going ahead with the breast reduction and lift. The surgery itself, in Victoria, was a breeze from my perspective. I walked from the hotel next door and was greeted by calm, professional, friendly staff. who quickly allayed any nerves I had about the surgery. I knew I was in good hands. Apart from some nasty nausea that day, I experienced almost no pain at all, and by the third day post-op I was completely pain-free. As for the results, it's still early days, but I can already see that the results are fantastic, exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Dr. Barnsley and his staff.

Great staff and Dr Barnsley was informative, he listened to my questions and concerns, he took his time explaining everything. The day of surgery, he checked in with me, explained the procedure (again) and asked if I had any questions.
My 2 week follow up with the office nurse was great. The nurse is available if there’s any questions or concerns anytime of day.

Dr. Barnsley constructed very nice uniform breasts without implants. I think they look pretty cute! The tummy tuck looks excellent too! (This for a lady who is almost 70 years old!) I am starting to get used to the new look and almost take it for granted, but seeing previous photos confirm the dramatic change!! Travelling from Nanaimo for Surgery in Victoria was very easy. The Parkside Hotel with the kitchenette was super convenient for my discreet wheelchair nurse escort directly to my room. My post surgical nurse visit in my room was complete with review of pain medication, pillow use, contoured ice packs, how to get in and out of bed. The prescriptions were phoned into the drugstore ahead of surgery date. The home visit with vitals taken, post surgical care kit, provided by Matt was appreciated. He also took additional phone calls to review pain medication. Clinic 805 made pre-surgery and a follow post surgery phone call to see if I had any questions. The whole experience from the start with April’s estimates and bra fitting, Matt’s in office & home visit, Clinic 805 and the amazing Dr. Barnsley was excellent. I will recommend him to my friends, although they seem to already know of him and of his good reputation has an excellent surgeon!

Dr. Barnsley and his staff April and Matt are wonderful made every step of my plastic surgery journey feel safe, supported and easy. Felt very comfortable the whole time and I’m more than pleased with my results. Dr. Barnsley is an amazing surgeon and listens to what you want and answered all my questions no matter how small. He really is a top notch plastic surgeon!

I am a patient of Dr Barnsley. His secretary is the rudest I have ever encountered. She yelled at me and told me she had better things to do than assist me getting a referral to a physiotherapist. When I asked if she could have Dr Barnsley give me a call, her response was “I could” meaning she didn’t intend on it. I never heard from Dr Barnsley.
