Please take my advice and stay away from this doctor. Choose any of the alternate doctors like Dr. Cassandra Uy or even Dr. Jackson. I’m genuinely worried that I was going to be in Ortegas hands for surgery.

From the very first appointment I had with Dr. Ortega she made me feel very at ease. She has excellent bedside manner, took her time to explain to me everything that I would be going through and listened to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her as a surgeon for anyone that needs surgery. Sue her secretary is very nice and so helpful. They were always able to answer every question I had. Thank you ladies for being so calming during these hard times.

My mother had surgery with Dr.Ortega and we had a great experience. She is not an overly warm person, but she is kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. I must have asked the same questions a number of times and she answered my questions and explained everything clearly each time I asked without being rude.
The surgery was successful and my mom is doing very well. Thank you Dr.Ortega!!
