Dr. Batra is the best plastic surgeon in all of Southern California. I had a breast augmentation 6 years ago and the results were horrible. I needed a lift, new implants and get them closer together. I booked a surgery date with a surgeon I wasn't sold on so at the last minute, I went and saw Dr. Batra. After getting his opinion, I knew he could get me the result I wanted. Dr. Batra explained everything thoroughly to me and his staff made me feel right at home! It was easy to book appointments with his office and Dr. Batra was treats you like you're family every step of the way! I went from 400cc Saline to 450cc Silicone. Dr. Batra did a lift, removed skin from the bottom of my breast, removed scar tissue, repositioned the muscle to get them closer together and made my nipples smaller. I truly couldn't be happier and i didn't think it was possible for them to look as great as they do. Dr. Batra give me a brand new look and he is truly the most talented surgeon I've ever met. I wasn't able to wear triangle bikinis because they sagged and were too far apart and now they are PERFECT. My scars are minimal and I'm thankful for Dr. Batra who has given me more confidence.

I went to dDr Batra for a very deep frown line . Other surgeons didnt know what to do. Dr batra did botox and a week later filled the deep crack with restylane. That day the crack was gone!! It has stayed filled for a few years now. I need a touch up soon. I called a few surgeons in my area bc i was lazy to drive to del mar. No one knows what im talking about. So i will be goinb back to dr batra. He is the best ever!!!!

Dr. Batra is amazing. I am an athletic girl that loves running but I hated my barely A tuberous breasts. I was nervous about implants because I didn't want them to effect my athletic lifestyle. 1 year later I am a 32 DDD but no one has a clue they are implants because they fit my body and look super natural. I had absolutely no extreme pain or bruising and a quick recovery. He is that amazing. I really did my homework before picking him and he is seriously the best .

I needed surgery to correct for scars left from childhood surgery and significant weight loss. When I went to see Dr. Batra, I didn't know if surgery would work for me. Dr. Batra was confident that it would. He had great examples of past successes. I was able to get in to the surgery center and start my recovery in a short period of time and I am thrilled with the outcome. It is more than I hoped for. It did not take long to start the recovery process and get back to normal. I would recommend Dr. Batra to anyone needing similar corrective surgery.

I have never written an online review before, but I just created an account to specifically post a review on Dr. Batra.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Batra for how he helped me. HE IS A PHENOMINAL PLASTIC SURGEON!!! I went to see him about a year after having a Breast augmentation at another surgeon. I was so unhappy with how my breasts looked. They were hard, the nipples were sitting really high on each breast and there was terrible rippling. My previous surgeon didn't care or treat me well, so upon doing a lot of research I went to see several different surgeons for a second opinion. Dr Batra stood out above all of them. From the moment Dr Batra looked at my breasts he noticed all the things I was not happy about. He also pointed out that the reason the nipples were not sitting in the correct place is because the mammary folds had been cut through during my previous surgery and the implants had bottomed out. It would require a complex surgery to fix the mammary folds and he suggested changing out the implants for different ones and size. He never dissed my concerns. He was very compassionate and kind, listening to my every remark. He could also tell I was nervous about going through another surgery.

After much consideration I decided to go ahead with the surgery, and every step of the way the treatment I got from Dr Batra, the staff in his office, and the surgery center was AMAZING!! Truly superior patient care. Of course what is most notable is that post my repair/re-augmentation surgery my breasts look PERFECT. Dr Batra took care of every single issue and today I love my breasts. They look so natural, are soft, there is no rippling, and the nipples sit where they should. He is the most TALENTED, PROFESSIONAL, CARING, and RELIABLE plastic surgeon, in my opinion.

If you are considering plastic surgery or have had a botched surgery somewhere else (like me), go visit Dr Batra. You will be in the best of hands. I only wish I had known about him and gone to him for my original surgery so that my breast aug would have been done properly the first time.

Began as a surgeon who didn't even want to take my case to a surgery that did NOTHING to help me and had to be redone by another EXCELLENT surgeon. From the first meeting to the last, I was greeted with arrogance, disdain and a generally SOUR and unhappy man who called himself Dr Batra. In my entire life I never met a Doctor who seemed to HATE his life & patients like this man. Good luck to you if you elect to choose this doctor. Our first meeting he literally suggested I find a different doctor but would take my case since it was "urgent" requiring surgery. I wish I had the time then to wait but I was told at the hospital prior to get this surgery done NOW.

Never again will I be rushed into surgery with someone who immediately made myself AND my wife completely uncomfortable in every way imaginable. Never, EVER again....

Going to Dr. Batra is by far the best thing I've ever done for myself! My entire life I had a huge indentation in my abdomen surrounded by loose skin; ever since childhood it has bothered me a great deal. Over the years others had talked me into multiple other procedures to address it and none of them fixed it; in some cases they made it worse. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Batra, and he is amazing! I am absolutely blown away by the beauty of his work - every time I look at my perfectly flat stomach I can barely believe it's me! His staff ... Rod, Roxanne, Maryam, Gabby ... have all been wonderful as well. I do not even have words to express how thankful I am to Dr. Batra - I barely dared to dream of a result so amazing and it is nothing short of a miracle to me. He always makes me feel comfortable, and like he genuinely cares about me. There is no substitute for having the right surgeon and I am 100% confident I made the right choice. I highly recommend Dr. Batra!

I recently had a Breast Augmentation with Dr. Batra at Coastal Plastic Surgeons and could not be any happier with the results. He took complete care of me from the moment I walked in the door for my consultation. I saw a good amount of doctors before I met Dr Batra and what a difference I saw! He was the first Dr. that actually listened to what I wanted and didn't try to make me look top heavy. He is an honest, caring person, I would recommend him to anyone I know!
