The staff was polite and thoughtful
The staff and Dr. Hickman answered any questions I may have. Everyone seems to be knowledgeable and the outcome proved it. I learned a lot from him, more then any eye doctor I've seen in the pass. I am so grateful for lowering my stigmatism through the surgeries. I still have to wear glasses, and when I got to see what I'll be seeing. Oh my the letters was so sharp then I ever seen before. The experience with Dr. Scott Hickman could not have been better. I would send anyone who cares to him. I wished my insurance would stayed with him, because I gone to another ophthalmogist and can't see clear at all. 🤔 Dr. M. Scott Hickman knows what he is doing and he cares aboutyour eyes.

staff very polite/a answered my questions was very knowledgeable about Lasik surgery had excellent treatment at surgery/ cataract surgery was success have 20/20 vision / do not have to wear glasses/ my experience with Dr. M Scott Hickman could not have been better

Lawrence Eye Associates: Very rude, unfriendly, and angry staff. Confirmed by other patients as well. Left before keeping my appointment. Reported incident to physician in writing but never received a reply in return...so much for respect and professionalism. Would never recommend this service and will report incident to the Kansas State Medical Board because it was that bad! Will also report to the insurance company and medicare.
