Recently, Dr. Chaz's office got a new receptionist... who is fabulous! Very kind and helpful, much unlike the previous receptionists! I have been Dr. Chaz's patient for about a year. She was very helpful and caring at first, but now that I'm dealing with some infertility issues that are more specific, she rarely gives me any advice or help. Even when I had a 15 min PAP scheduled, she came in and rushed me through the appt, not even sitting down to talk to me about it... and I had been waiting 45 min for my appt! I'm OK with waiting if the doctor has a good bedside manner and spends the necessary time with each patient, but if I have to wait 45 min, I assume that it's because she actually spends TIME with her patients. In my experience, Dr. Chaz doesn't spend the necessary time because she overbooks herself. The receptionist told me I had a 10 - 15 min appt scheduled and I had to fight for a full 5 minutes!

The staff are friendly ,but make alot of errors, and aren't very organized. they need to confirm ,all their responibilities, and appts as well , always kept wainting but, so far she seems compasionate, but very rushed, I hope things will get better as I get to know her,

Very friendly doctor. Knowledgeable, but does not hesitate to refer to a specialist when necessary. Great with my kids too!!

I found some of the office staff to be very unprofessional and not very helpful. A few times I have witnessed arguments in the office that make the patients really uncomfortable. However Dr. Charkhsaz is very kind, and very helpful. She is a good listener, and I found she asked a lot of questions. I haven't been a patient for long so I haven't had any serious issues but so far so good!

Lovely physician. She is personable and knowledgeable. I consider it a blessing to have found her. Her staff on the other hand can be hit or miss, sometimes friendly, sometimes disgruntled but Dr. Charkhsaz is worth it!

I am proud to be the first person to add Dr. Charkhsaz to this site. I am suprised that no one had already done so. I have never felt compelled to write a review before I met Dr. Charkhsaz because I didn't really have anything outstanding enough to write. She has restored my faith in doctors. She is the first doctor that I ever had that really listened to me. Since becoming a patient, my quality of life has improved as a result of what I believe to be her ability to really listen and genuinely care for her patients. She is kind, patient, extremely understaning and compassionate. Her staff are friendly, prompt and kind. I feel they definitely do their best to provide health care as quickly as they can in what seems like eternity for a person waiting to see a specialist. Her office is clean, pleasant and calming. I leave with diginity and hope knowing that I have a doctor that really cares. I feel so blessed to have her as my family doctor and for me she is an answer to prayer.

She is a fairly new doctor, at least in BC, so she is probably still accepting new patients. She is very warm, friendly, easy to talk to. The office staff is not so friendly but they seem to do their job so I gave a neutral rating.
