I highly value Dr. Charkhsaz's medical expertise and proactive approach. She stressed the importance of timely screening tests, leading to early detection and treatment of a potential health issue, which had a significant positive impact on my life.

She explains medical concerns clearly, and always listens attentively to my questions. I appreciate her honesty and follow-ups when faced with unfamiliar queries.

Scheduling can be a bit challenging due to the busy practice, but the quality of care justifies the wait. In urgent cases, her assistant is accommodating. I've had a short-notice cancellation, which, while inconvenient and a bit frustrating, was understandable given the circumstances.

There was a minor hiccup with a front desk assistant in the past, but with her departure, customer service has noticeably improved. The clinic is well-maintained, and the new staff is generally friendly and professional.

Dr. C’s dedication is evident, especially when she personally reaches out regarding urgent matters. Despite the occasional scheduling challenges and past front desk issue, my overall experience has been great; therefore, I am giving her practice 5 stars.

Dr. C has been amazing for me and my family . She's not just clocking in and out; she really cares about us. She even goes the extra mile, like calling with test results when she's off work. She once called me about an urgent test result while she was on vacation. That's dedication!

I don't know where to start from. Like other patients, I got a very late appointment to check my test results which had red flags. She did not call me on my appointment day. 7 hours after the time of my appointment she emailed, not even a word of apologies and said I had to reschedule. They rescheduled me for 2 weeks later!!!! I am very concerned about my test results. Have sent many emails but no luck. I feel helpless.

She takes on too many patients and has no time for anyone. It takes weeks to get an appointment. I had a telephone appointment with her and she never called me. I had to call her staff and tell them she never called me and they couldn’t help me get another appointment until one more week when I should have been the first appointment the next day. She doesn’t follow up with diagnostic results in a timely manner so I hope you truly aren’t sick. Would not recommend her at all.

Oh my goodness! I cannot believe that she is still running this practice after the way she treated my case! I’m suffering terribly right now and it all could have been prevented from her. She’s so forgetful and lazy that she doesn’t even check my files before our appointments! Her team is also quite impatient and rude and need to be pushed if you want things to be done. Please, do not have her be your family doctor! Beware!

Dr. Charkhsaz has been my doctor for more than 6 years. She is a wonderful doctor, What I like about her most is that she takes time to truly listen to me and understand my problems. I have never felt rushed in any of my appointments.

Just awful! Have a problem? Sure let her prescribe you something. Not fixed? Here’s a different perscription. Not Fixed yet? There’s a pill for that ETC. Hope you like being on hold for ETERNITY only to be told you’re calling outside their business hours... at 1025 am
