I am a medical professional who works with this Dr. He is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He does not work well in a team environment.
I would strongly advise to find another MD.

All my experiences with Dr Langlois have been positive, I find his bedside manor to be great. He explains all that I ask, he is very patient , and empathetic. I highly recommend him. S Dietrich

Dr Langlois was the 1st doctor to ever take my concerns seriously. He always treated me with the utmost of respect and consideration. His secretary is also wonderful and compassionate.He always listened to me and never dismissed any of my symptoms. He performed laparoscopic surgery and was considerate enough to see my husband in the waiting room to give him an update. He is the 1st Dr to ever do that. I am very sad that he will be leaving LHSC and will miss his professional and considerate manner. He is the 1st Dr I have ever completely trusted and London will feel the loss of this great Dr.

Dr. Langlois has been a life saver for me. With recurrent abdominal pain, I have had 2 minor surgeries that he did. I have never had any problems with him or my surgeries and his staff was there for me to call any time I needed. In fact after my second surgery, the wound was healing slowly and oozing but not infected oozing and his receptionist was more than kind to me on the phone. Dr Langlois himself has been nothing but comforting and available. My second surgery he came to see me in the e.r. and took me in right away. I am surprised at some the bad experiences people are describing but also don't forget that people's descriptions and feelings about an experience are very subjective. I have no bad words about him and like the folks from Mississauga, if he ever moved from LHSC, I would drive to see him.

I was told to call Dr Langlois about having an IUD put in. The information at the clinic I go to says that patients can self refer. When I called, the receptionist did not let me finish a full sentence before lecturing me about how they DO NOT take self-referrals. I said that maybe the clinic's information needs to be updated and she said "Well it's on the website so you should have done your homework". She was extremely rude and was not interested in hearing me. I also think that it is their office's responsibility to update their info with clinics rather than snapping at patients who call. Gyno issues are already difficult or scary for some people, this kind of behaviour does not help. When I called the clinic to say I needed a referral, they were shocked by this behaviour. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dr. David Langlois is FANTASTIC!! I met him through a referral from the ER department of Victoria Hospital when I was in great need. He has a wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring manner. He made me feel safe and at ease and I believed him when he told me I was going to be okay. I have never felt anything but safe in his care. I KNOW he has my best interest in my health and I trust him completely. He has always been pleasant, upfront and truthful with his comments. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family members. I feel very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable specialist taking care of me. DR. LANGLOIS IS TRULY WONDERFUL! ! ! All I know is that Dr. Langlois is an AMAZING doctor, I would have a million children if I knew each time he would be my doctor.

He was on call when I started having contractions during my first pregnancy and treated me HORRIBLY! He said he just had to check my cervix and proceeded to try to rip me in half! If he wanted to stick his entire arm inside a pregnant female, he should have become a vet! Luckily for me I was not in active labour and my baby waited for my regular OB (who is wonderful) to be on call.
