Dr Kogon is a great DR. We had a casual conversation while he performed the Vasectomy procedure, prepared me for the type of feeling it would be to get the numbing needle, was professional and respectful. Highly recommend him!

Missed diagnosis of STAGE 4 metastatic RCC. Told once the cancer is out of the kidney he wouldn’t have known because that’s not his wheelhouse. Nice response from the doctor who was supposed to be monitoring the stage 2 cancer he had previously removed.

Never suggested oncologist would be necessary. Poor coordination with family doctor. Proud to announce no evidence of disease at each subsequent follow up CT scan of Kidney.

Don’t waste your time complaining to CPSO because their job is to defend the doctors. You will only be re-traumatized and waste energy when you actually need to focus on fighting your newly diagnosed metastatic cancer.

Pretty sad that the patients needs to understand kidney cancer better than their urologist in order to know to request the most appropriate plan of action to request.

My son needed an urgent surgery and on call doctor had covid. Dr. Kogon came to the hospital in a holiday. He came in less of 30 minutes. My son didn’t loose his parts thanks to him. We will be forever thankful for this doctor. The surgery was perfect!!!! Thanks god for this doctor!!

Over the course of a year and half, I had four appointments cancelled and rebooked last minute by the staff. It got to the point where I had to find another Urologist. While I like Dr. Kogon, what is the point of having a doctor that you can never get into see.

Dr. Michael Kogon helped me with my father's issues and assisted us tremendously in navigating through the options that we were presented with. Dr. Kogon, is a wonderful human being, he is very professional and a very competent urologist. He took his time to explain and consult us on the options and the various side effects/consequences of choosing one option over the other.

My family is very thankful to him for his thorough advice and assistance with the next steps. His staff (specifically Samantha) was especially helpful and I would like to thank her for her professional approach, kindness and keeping us in the loop with her timely updates. I just got back from an appointment with my father (that doesn't speak English).
The professionalism, amazing attitude and detailed explanations made us know that we were in good hands.
