This office's only concern is money. They will bill you for services you don't even owe money for yet. Each time you go in they will find something wrong with your teeth that requires more dental work.

Dr. Mongrain was awesome! We visited Berkshire because of the very high ratings and I am glad we did. My husband and I hadn't been to a dentist in about 10 years and my husband had a lot of anxiety. His Dental Hygienist, Michelle, is absolutely awesome. She is so caring and knowledgeable. Dr Mongrain visited both my husband and I during our cleanings and he was just so laid back, he even introduced himself as Robert. He is very humble and very knowledgeable. I LOVE this dental group, they are always so accommadating and I am so happy we found them!

My experience when using this dentist was anything but good. I would not recommend his work to anyone. Over a weekend, I contacted his office because I was in pain after having a tooth filled & (unknowingly in need of a root canal), he wouldn't prescribe a painkiller. I think that's unethical. If anyone has had tooth pain to that extent, you know what kind of pain I'm talking about. I contacted my family practice physician and he prescribed me something to get me through to Monday. There are many excellent dentists in the Tulsa area. My recommendation is to stay away from Mongrain.

Best dentist experiences of my life. I had pretty bad dentist anxiety before becoming a patient of Dr. Mongrain. When I expressed my concern the desk staff and hygenists were very reassuring and did not make me feel silly for being nervous. During the cleanings, Jessica always makes sure I am completely comfortable. My nerves melted away after my first procedure... a filling. I am not scared of dentists anymore! I recommend him to everone I know!

Dr. Mongrain has been my dentist for over two years. Every appointment I have had has been a pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgable, and they go out of their way to help you. They are always punctual and their technology is state of the art. I have never met such a caring group of medical professionals in my life. I have and wil continue to recommend Berkshire to my friends and family.

I LOVE my dentist. I have referred many of my friends and family to them and they are always as happy as I am after their appointment. The staff is friendly and the facility is awesome and calming. Helps soothe the nerves most people get when they are going to the dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Tulsa or trust anyone else with my mouth. :)

Dr Mongrains staff is very professional and the friendliest staff at any Drs Office that I've ever seen. They are always smiling and willing to help with whatever you need. Dr Mongrain is also very friendly, has a great chairside manner and is a good man. I have been going to Dr Mongrain for years and have never had any complaints with their office.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of visits to Dr. Mongaine, so much so, that I have referred over a dozen friends and co-workers. From a first class facility, the very latest technology, and an awesome staff, I can honestly say I haven't had a bad experience in the 3 years I been a patient. They work extremely well with your insurance to maximize you usage while minimizing your out of pocket and are respectful of your time and schedule. My favorite procedure so far has been the needle-less, drill-less filling, love that modern technology!
