I was so happy to see Dr. Burns open his new office in Sydney. He has been my dentist for years and the thought of seeing anyone else was upsetting to me. His new office is so beautiful and modern. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone who truly cares for his patients. You won’t be disappointed! Also, the girl at the desk I believe was Melanie and she is a sweetheart.

Dr. Burns is the best dentist in Sydney, everyone loves him, that’s why I was so confused to find out he was let go. Thank fully his own practice will be opening up soon!

I always liked Dr Butns and staff until he left his practice without notifying us. My daughter is having orthodontic treatment by him which was paid for and now he is gone. Thankfully Dr MacDonald has helped us find a solution to this problem we are now left with. Very unprofessional

absolutely NO complaints best dentist EVER....until dr burns i had major dentist anxiety....he is awesome....been going to him for years now i am 63 s eriously i dreaded dentists so much i avoided for years....

I was a previous patient of Dr. Burns prior to moving to BC. I am back on the Cape and have reconnected with him at his Sydney River Office. I have to say in all the years I have gone to the dentist he makes me feel most at ease. He knows his stuff and would highly recommend him. His assistant Emily ( I think that's her name) is a sweetheart as well.

Went to Dr. Burns for a second opinion as I didn't trust the dentist I was seeing that told me I needed tons of work. Dr. Burns is so knowledgable and takes his time with you. Ended up only needing three fillings and so happy that I found him. Thank you !

I am new to the Sydney area and Dr. Burns came highly recommended. I now know why. From the time I walked into his beautiful office to when I left I felt completely at ease. He explained everything to me that was at issue with my teeth and has done a great job getting me back on track. Beautiful work!
