I have always been terrified of the dentist, that is until I met Kelly and her staff. She is the sweetest, most patient and caring dentist I have ever encountered. Kelly has a very gentle manor and does an amazing job keeping you calm and aware of what is happening. I am so happy I found Dr Knickle. The office is also wonderful, very clean and the staff are amazing. The receptionist is kind and patient as well. I am actually looking forward to having my dental work completed after being too afraid to see a dentist for years.

I am so happy with my new dentist Dr Kelly Knickle. She did extensive implant work for me and I am so pleased with her work. My teeth are beautiful. I moved to Cape Breton 1year ago and my dentist in Halifax at that time recommended her. She is a wonderful dentist,such an asset to her profession. I highly recommend her

For someone who had a great fear of dentists, I would recommend Dr. Knickle and her staff highly. No pain, no discomfort, great patience, explained all work done. (Root canal, extractions, cleanings etc.).

I've been to her office multiple times. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr.Knickle. I didn't have to wait long at all for my appointments (which is always a positive thing). She was very helpful & knowledgeable, I also have a few nieces that go there as well, so I know she is fantastic with children. My overall experience was great. I recommend her to everyone.
