Dr. Alvarez is very knowledgeable and thorough. The staff ia friendly and welcoming.

Always the waiting time more than two hours before seeing the doctor, on our today's visit the doctor had an emergency, had to wait almost 5 hours and had to go without ever seeing the doctor, the staff excluding Junior didn't care about our long wait, were rude, yet I had been charged for the visit

I do agree front desk staff are rude in person and by phone. Dr. Alvarez is a great physician he is worth the wait... but office staff need customer services training

Dr and staff are very respectful and knowledgeable. Additionally they treat you like family. The doctor's expertise is worth the wait. I hghly recommend Dr. Alvarez.

Last visit I asked a question about my baby's treatment and the doctor was very rude telling me that he was "the doctor". That was the last time he saw me and my baby. How could it be possible??? Mother's concerns need to be addressed in a kind way...On the other hand, some of the "young ladies" of the staff are not well educated and rude. Definitely, I will not ever recommend this "doctor"

Office staff tends to be rude (in person and by telephone). Doctor is very helpful and knowledgable but go on a day that you have absolutely nothing to do because you will be there for hours...even with an appointment. Last appointment my child was around 2:30pm, got there at 2pm and did not leave the office until almost 5:30pm.

This doc is very friendly and helpful.He never give you a prescription that your child won't need. You have to wait too much even with an appointment.
