Probably can't say what I think his failures are without a lawyer. I believe he failed me dramatically.

I’ve been going to iain since I was six and I’m now 55 I will not go to another doctor he is the absolute best you can get I’ve been through very very dark times and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here I have the most respect for him I don’t know what to do now that he is retired 😢 I’m devastated delivered my 2 boys and they are 33 and 30 I could go on and on what he has done for me and my family you are a champ and I will never forget what you have done good luck for you retirement 💙

I've been seeing Dr. Russell for about 10 yrs now. I'll always remember that first visit. I felt stuck in a really emotional state at the time, and with the very first thing he said to me, he hit

the nail right on the head and the weight lifted off my shoulders. And I've found him like that ever since - he lets you talk (rare in this day & age), listens, and then sums things up for you in a down-to-earth/very practical way, taking into account the whole picture/the whole you. Dr. Russell is always kind, always helpful, always a lot of good things, but above all he is always so patient.

Dr Russel often uses google as an aide. I'm not sure if its because he is getting on in the years, but it doesn't inspire one with confidence. I'm changing doctors, as I have visited him for a persistent issue for too long now, he is no longer taking me seriously and forgets who I am/fails to read my notes before my appointments, so I have to continually go over painful parts of my past with him, and re-explain everything each time.

18 years I've been seeing Iain what more can I say TOP doctor. Always refers you to only the best specialists when he can't help. I have the up-most respect for Dr Russell plus he's a really nice bloke and loves his cricket haha

I have been going to Dr.Russell since I was born (he delivered my twin and I :P ). He is an amazing doctor the only one I have found that truly cares about your health and will help everyway he can. Would not go to another doctor.

This doctor is very punctual and listens to me to list all facts before he provides very knowledgeable advice and treatment. Always smiling and positive. Many paths in medicine during course of his practise. Never fails to assess all issues in one session. And he still bulk bills

Lovely guy. Genuinely cares. Very thorough. My health has never been better since seeing Dr Iain. Two thumbs up for a true professional. Hope you never retire.
