Started off fantastic. First doctor to ever say we're goin 2 figure out what is wrong no matter what it takes. My job noticed a great decline in my health, fatigue, pain, memory lapses so on, i already was diagnosed with arthritis & hashimoto disease but never thought of Lupus which my mom & other family members have & he found it. My boss also asked if a short term disability maybe an option as they were concerned and Dr Nucatola agreed to it , I didn't see him as often as I thought I should. Meanwhile now I have emphasyma & my overall condition never really got any better but worse. long story short this doctor started to become agitated & decline to fill out any further paperwork and I wasn't giving 100% clean bill of health 2 go back 2 work as I found out he was suppose 2do a mental & physical evaluation. No I've lost my job, I have no medical insurance and best of all NO INCOME/MONEY COMIN IN 2 Renew RX or see any other doctors I've lost everything I'm scared 2 death. I maybe married but my husband doesn't carry me on his plan, I haven't told him yet I know my life will Just get more worse then it is

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN JUST ARTHRITIS. Trust me !!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nucatola for 15+years. He is a kind, caring, and compassionate person who cares deeply about his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable and communicates effectively with his patients. His office staff is friendly and courteous and always willing to help - with the exception of Melissa. I found her to be very confrontational and rude. She is definitely not an asset to the practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Nucatola for over a year now. I had previously seen 15 Dr.s or more of various specialties. Dr. Nucatola not only has a WORLD CLASS knowledge of rheumatology, but he also has more knowledge about issues I have relating to other specialties than any of the other specialists I have seen. He is the smartest, most scientific Dr I have ever seen.

In addition to all of this, he spends A LOT of time with his patients, usually an hour This is all quality time too, not BS. Despite this, I never wait as long in the waiting room, as I do with other Drs.

Dr. Nucatola is always prepared before the appointment, and yu can tell he reads your chart unlike other drs.

The best part about dr. nucatola is you can tell he gives a flip about you. He really cares about you, and some days he doesn't even eat lunch and just sees patients(he saw me during his lunch hour).

If you need a rheumatologist, or have an issue that other Drs diagnosed wrong ,or couldn't figure out...you would be a fool to see another dr. He also is fellowship trained and up to date on the latest research!

Long live Dr. Nucatola!

Mellissa the office manager is terrible in my opinion. She is rude and confrontational over the phone. I also question their patient privacy practices. There is a 4 month wait to schedule an appointment and the staff lacks empathy for patients. I would not recommend.

I found him very dismissive. Not willing to listen or offer alternatives to condition. Merely stated not in his field. Since visit, condition has worsened and has been referred to another rheumotologist

I was given 3 specialists in this field that were in my area that my insurance would accept. I researched & checked multiple reviews of all 3. Dr. Nucatola's office was rated number one at every site so although I would have to wait 2 months for an appointment I felt it hopefully would be worth it. I was not wrong! The staff is amazing & settled all fears I may have. They were courteous & kind. Dr. Nucatola sat with me for maybe an hour(?) going over all of my symptoms, medical & family history & all my questions & concerns. He was fantastic! I left there knowing that I finally had a Dr that would be there for me & do all he could to help me feel better. He was knowledgeable & kind & called me himself with follow questions on medication. The only reason I didn't rate all 5 stars is because it took a while to get the appt. However, it was so very worth the wait! I'm very grateful that there is a dr & staff such as Dr. Nucatola's.

My daughter has been a patient for 16 years. She was his youngest patient. He has treated her as if she was his own. There is no one in the world I trust more, or depend on more. I have referred numerous patients to him. His staff has also gone out of their way to be helpful. There is no one better.

I called to make appointment because I was referred by another Physician told Dr. Nucatola was great. I will never know..I called...was asked what kind of insurance I had..told them..(I have one of the best Horizon plans). At that point was told they were not taking Horizon. I said I was referred and did not care I would pay CASH..they told me no I could not be sell pay either...and person on phone actually did not care that another physician referred me. I have also put a complaint in with Horizon since I was led to believe after questioning staff that it was a Horizon issue...Horizon has nothing to say if I choose to pay cash...quite sure they are throwing confetti every time member chooses to pay out of their own pocket! I know this rating does not allow for Physician assessment but couldn't get that far...

He was wonderful. Funny, good bedside manner, straight shooter, not judge mental. I am 33 And have a complicated health history. He was willing to help and took a lot of time with me. He never spoke down to me and was respectful and thorough. Worth out of network pay!
