I agree with all but one of the ratings and experiences below. Each time that I visited Dr. Rocha's office, my bill had to be paid in full if there was an amount not covered by insurance - which of course I did each time. I was also given a paper to sign for invisalign braces - just kind of pushed at me! They wanted me to sign saying I'd pay for these when I didn't ask for this - they "advised" me that it would benefit me....... I did not sign it.

Only once do I recall that Dr. Rocha herself looked at my teeth and gums, all other appointments were handled by others. Front desk staff not very helpful usually. I stood at the counter once for many minutes while the only girl there was preoccupied on a personal phone call, she didn't even look up! Paid for Rotadent toothbrush tips - and mine machine was outdated, was sold the wrong tips. It took quite a bit of time to get this straightened out and a refund for a tip that didn't fit the new brush. WHAT A MESS!

Last visit May 2014, paper shows bill at zero. Invoice comes in November showing an amount (slightly lower than $200) claming 90 days past....... UNETHICAL and FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES. When this invoice was received, a call to the office was made, girl said she'd have someone call. Nobody called within a few days. Called again, girl answered was told the situation and did not offer to assist in any way. I do not see Dr. Sonia Rocha on the BBB listings. Go figure! When I do get insurance again, you can bet that I will search out another dentist. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

My husband and I have been patients at Tower Dental (Dr Rocha) for 4 years. I let many things slide with the practice because of their evening and weekend hours. Appointments never started on time, usually 45 minutes late. The business office staff was rude and pushy with "treatment plans". The dental staff did not seem very knowledgeable and was always rotating in and out of the exam rooms. Dr. Rocha spent very little time with us when completing procedures and had "helpers" do much of the work. We were over billed by $370 and the office staff did not return our phone calls until we had the credit card company file the charge fraudulent. On top of all of this when I did need them in an emergency, they told me the soonest I could be seen is 4 days later! I found a new practice before then and had the emergency taken care of. Most of the dental work done by Dr Rocha was unnecessary and poorly done; filings only lasting 1 year, decay/infection found under the work they did. Almost all of them have been redone costing us even more money.

Don't go there. They pressure you and don't stand behind their work. Very dishonest.

Horrible service. I work full time with a very busy schedule, I called the office to try it out and I spoke to the receptionist and gave her my information including my insurance company and all the necessary information for my appointment. Before concluding the call, I asked of they would take my insurance and their response was: Absolutely. My appointment was in 3 weeks so I took time off work and drove 45 minutes from my home to the dentist office. When I get there they had me sit in the hygienist office and they tell me they are running a special for $60 for cleaning when my cleaning is $0 because of my insurance.they lied to me they did not take my insurance all they wanted is for me to waste my day and time so they could make money. I left upset and they told me that Sonia Rocha would call me to work something out and that never happened, no apologies no nothing and the office girls laughed tabout my issue, no empathy , extremely unprofessional and waste of time!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Dr. Rocha. I am new to the area and had seen one of her advertisements. The staff was very professional and knowledgable. I have a teenager daughter and she and I were able to schedule our appointments with ease. We were in and out. Dr. Rocha is very nice and educated us on ways to improve our smiles. I would recommend her to any of my best friends and family members.

The office was adorned with horrible self-portraits of Dr. Rocha, it smelled and felt horrible. No one spoke English properly, and the staff seemed more concerned with their looks than with helping patients. I was seriously concerned with having them even taking x-rays, I do not believe anyone was actually qualified to be helping or touching my mouth. If you enjoy sitting in a lobby filled with crying babies and teenage mothers unwilling to quiet their children, I highly suggest you go there. Do not count on Dr. Rocha answering her emergency number if you have an emergency, chances are she will just pretend she does not speak english and hang up on you. She was not gentle nor professional examining my mouth she knocked my teeth as hard as she could when I wasn't paying attention. If you have other options, explore them, you will feel and smell disgusting the second you walk out of her office.
