Dr. Shanthi Reddy is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I went to see her for a one time visit because my primary could not see me for another 3 weeks. I was initially anxious to see a brand new doctor for one visit, but while I was waiting, I heard a patient who was leaving just then say something nice about Dr. reddy you the front desk staff, so I felt slightly better. I loved her from the instant she came to the room. Dr Reddy immediately figured out the issue, confirmed it with a couple of tests and advised me on how to take care of the problem. She made sure I knew how to take my medications given by my primary for other issues because I was taking them incorrectly but my primary never told me that. I think what differentiates her from others is that she explains in simple and easy to understand language what the issue was and how to take care of it. The front desk staff and the X-ray tech were very kind and took good care of me.
I called my insurance to request to be switched to Dr. Reddy as my primary after I got into my car.

Dr Reddy took time to explain my treatment and why I am advices to do it. I am usually one of those people who tries things for a day or two and stops after that if I don't see major results. Because of how she explained my disease and treatment my previously hard to control lupus flare ups are not happening any more.
My mom and wife are her patients too and they love her.

Love love love this doctor. Wonderful bedside manners and to top it off is very knowledgeable and was able to put two and two together and was able to diagnose me with scleroderma after one visit. I only wish I saw her sooner so I did not have to waste money and time of almost two years going around physicians to find out what my illness was. Now she is my personal doctor and I recommend her to everyone I know. Did I say I love her!

Two words - phenomenal service. She has a very calm personality and is very knowledgeable and explains in detail so we can decide on what options we have. Goes above and beyond what most doctors do. She promised me she was going to call later in the day and check up on me. She did not call until 6 pm, so I assumed she had forgotten. She called me at 8 pm and apologized for calling in so late as she was just finished with patients. She made me a happy camper for being so responsible to remember and do good on her promise. And I am not even her patient. (I have a different MD I am registered under)
