Dr.Shpka is amazing. Had him completely remove around 10 amalgam fillings in my mouth.

Very unprofessional to young people. He seemed to enjoy making me feel uncomfortable during my visit. I’ve never had a dentist act so cold and rude to their client during a tooth removal

I used to be terrified of dentists. I’m not saying I love going to the dentist but they have made it something i can do. They are helpful, and gentle along with excellent work!

The office & knowledge of the Dentist & staff is more than the usual . They do not do work warranted by money rather health is the priority .

The treatment received from this dental office has been beyond disgusting. During a cleaning they made a mistake which ended up in a permanent shiftment of the bottom teeth (after the client had previously paid thousands for braces) and they REFUSE to be accountable for their actions. Even when faced with confrontation they were rude, ignorant and constantly interruptive and belittling in nature. Dr. Shapka should hold himself to high standards especially when a nurse under his practice makes a mistake instead of trying to push everything under the rug. Disgusted with the customer service and treatment. This incident and treatment is common and do not recommend this dental clinic to anyone. The dental office by bonnyville centralized high school is much better and would never treat their clients this way. Dr. Shapka should be disgusted with himself and the way his employee are conducting their business

Excellent place to get work done. Professional yet friendly, fair pricing, excellent service. Dr. Shapka is meticulous with his work - which is what I want in a dentist. His staff is in alignment with doing the best work they can provide. Our children have had work done there as well, so needless to say, his gentle and steady touch as he works in one's mouth is appreciated. The fact that he takes into account giving options to the healthiest dentistry possible is why we found him; and combined with his expertise/all I've said, is why we are sticking with him. As for pricing, they are as reasonable as they can possibly be, given that Dentistry pricing is what it is; we have had lots of work done and have found it to be well worth the price, and their business etiquette is excellent. We greatly appreciate the service Dr. Shapka and his team provide, and highly recommend them :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Shapka for about a decade now. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain things. He does not try to milk anything to get more work/money. Though very atuned to recent developments, he does not want to waste the patient's time or money.

Good dentist but it takes too long to get an appointment - like 10 months. Had to change dentists for this reason.

This so called doctor overcharged my Dad and when he phoned to tell them he was told he will have it credited to his next visit. Needless to say he did not go back to lose money again.
