I was a patient of his a couple years ago. I would not recommend him. He is beyond arrogant, and has poor beside manner. He’s unkind to the staff, and always in a rush. Very poor experience. Rating is a 1 but deserves a zero

FIrstly, he is not a doctor. He's a chiropractor so I don't know why he's listed here. Secondly, he's one of the worst chiropractors I have dealt with. Dismissive to his co workers, treats admin like animals. He thinks he is above all. His attitude makes you feel more sick if anything. I waited over 30 minutes for a barely two minute adjustment that i felt worst after about. AND worst of all he milked my insurance. it was HORRIBLE experience.

Would not recommend. He is arrogant and unprofessional. He thinks that no one knows more than him. He’s always in a rush, does not make eye contact which is uncomfortable and awkward. He’s constantly staring at his tablet during appointments. There are a many other chiropractors that are kinder/friendlier, more knowledgeable, and helpful than Dr. Mitha.

He thinks he is the most intelligent person on earth. Awful to deal with. I didn't like his chiropractic care either.

I wish I read these reviews before I started seeing this Dr. I agree, he doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Honestly he should change professions where he doesn’t have to interact with patients. I cannot comment on his knowledge but his bedside manner, attitude towards his staff and his unbelievably arrogant nature is an unpleasant thing to experience in the healthcare industry to say the least! They have a no shoe policy, but refused to clean or place a larger mat near the door in the winter when people would come in and with their snow covered boots. So many times I’ve stepped in puddles and got my socks soaked. Their website tries to entice you about their heated floors and slippers they provide. The slippers are currently only for ppl with large feet and are covered in salt, (so probably never cleaned) and the heated floors are pointless if you’ve already stepped in a puddle in the middle of their office. Question is how did the puddle get into the office if no shoes allowed? Oh but all of the staff is wearing shoes! A no shoe policy means the clinic should be shoe free, including the staff. Or change your shoe or clean up the floors a few times for the day! Dr Mitha, You’re loosing patients. (Or in your eyes customers $$)

Alfin Mitha doesn’t even deserve a single star. Terrible experience with this guy. Very unprofessional and rude in behavior, doesn't know how to behave with the patient. I have paid the fees up front and later on he claimed the same fee from my insurance company. So I advise people to keep track of their insurance claims otherwise these people will scam your insurance company benefits. Terrible customer service. He booked an appointment for an hour but gave only a few minutes. He was attending other patients in our booked time slot. He is very money-minded, his only focus is on your insurance money rather than doing his job. I would advise that his clinic is not in good hands rather, in bad hands.

Just wants to scam your insurance plan. 2 minute adjustment each time. Worst experience. Like giving him charity. I quit. And I don't want to see him. Simple as that. Don't milk my insurance plan. It's over. I don't like chiropractic care but at least I was given time over 2 minutes up to 30 minutes with different techniques. Just a predadator Simple as that. Sad thing is I went here for massage which has been a great benefit. Now I am reluctant to step foot in this clinic.

Horrible experience. Chiropractor was rude and condescending. He does not believe in a team approach to health care. Unable to explain symptoms and easily agitated by questions. Secretary was also very rude.

Worst chiropractor of all time - avoid at all costs. Not only is he rude and arrogant, he is also very unprofessional as I've seen him yell at his staff in front of patients. He sees you for a few minutes and doesn't seem to care on how your progress is going. He is in it for the business rather than actually helping people, which is why he makes you sign a "contract" in the initial consult. I received treatments from him for awhile and also did not see ANY results.
