This doctor is quite possibly the least thorough and rushed person I have ever met with. I came in feeling sick and under the weather and all he gave me was an incorrect diagnosis and a "take some Tylenol" prescription. I would have been okay with this if he had run any sort of test or seemed as if he wasnt trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. Also if you "look healthy" your checkups will be about 3.76 seconds long with very lityle in depth questions about health or habits or anything. I am dropping thos doctor immediately.

Dr. Herfter did not look me in the eye. His pap exam was painful and he did not seem to feel bad about that. When I asked for his advice on a medical meter, he asked me what I wanted and had no recommendations. The visit cost me over $100 of my deductible and I did not gain any information about my health.

Staff is not responsive to follow up needs, often sound aggravated on the phone when tests are needed or when delivering results of tests. Very poor people skills for nurses.

Dr. Herfter is highly professional. He takes the time to answer all my questions in a calm comforting manner. He NEVER looks at his watch. You can tell that he is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He is not an alarmist. He knows his craft well. Highly recommend.

doctor has a problem dealing with patients who smoke. Does not go over lab results with patients who smoke.

Great bedside manner and social skills. Answered all questions and asked even more in order to understand concern thoroughly. Was knowledgeable, compassionate and spoke beautiful Spanish. Put me at ease. Highly recommend.
