Does not ever do hands on issues …. Just enters info into computer. Never checks bp, etc. I’ve wanted a new dr for years. Very unhappy but a bad dr is better than no dr.

I hate to say this and I’m sure other patients would agree that Dr louise Higgins is more concerned about Bruce Power and what the company thinks than her patients health. The company comes first!!!! Wish there were more Dr’s in the area that isn’t as influenced by $$$

Super compassionate and always attentive to the needs of me and my family. We absolutely love her and can't understand some of these sub-par ratings

Dr. Higgins repeatedly disregards my health concerns and blames everything on "stress", even though I have never one spoken to her about anxiety, depression, or stress problems. I feel extremely uncomfortable seeing her, and have never one felt seen or heard in her office. Every problem I have ever had, I still struggle with, because she doesn't listen and does nothing. I brought up an embarrassing issue to her, and she made a face and said "that's gross", which made me feel ashamed of a totally common condition. She is unprofessional and cold.

I am not comfortable with her since she tended to say the wrong things and would not give advice when I suffered from depression, anxiety and borderline disorder. While I was in sick leave she coldly said that I would never be able to go back to work again without an explanation and what I should do to get better. She that I should retire just because I was approaching 65. She refused to give me meds to help with my suffering with anxiety. She also did respect my patient/doctor confidentiality.

Dr. Higgins became a much more caring physician when she was ill and on the other side of the doctor / patient equation. I find her caring and knowledgeable.

Not sure why Dr. Higgins is practicing medicine. She has no concern nor interest in her patients. Thank god I was able to get a new doctor. Office staff is unfriendly to the point of being rude.

Please avail yourself of some new staff at the Southampton clinic your present receptionist is most rude and arrogant although not her fault that appointments are not available she does not have to be so "ugly" about it . I do not see the point of having a family doctor if one has to go to the er because one is unable to get an appointment most of the time.
