Staff at the SOuthampton Clinic are EXTREMLY unhelpful and arrogant. Like you are bothering them making an appointment. I wish I could stop being Dr. Higgins patient like so many others who have found another Dr, but I keep waiting to get a new one. I find her to be more concerned with $ than care. She is unavailable as she works at the Bruce Power clinic (again $$$) on Wednesdays. Very very difficult to get an appointment. Called today and told no appointments - ever ... they won't know when they will have one next so keep calling back or go to Emerg.

Dr. Higgins has been very approachable, patient, helpful and thorough beyond expectations in her care of my parents in their 90's. They like her because she is very down-to-earth and they can joke with her. She is our doctor, too, and I appreciate her forthrightness, knowledge, common sense and willingness to consult and refer when appropriate. An excellent family Physician. Highly recommended.

This clinic staff is awful. Dr.s are totally inaccessible. Cannot get through on phone for appointment. Many people are complaining about clinic staff.

Young, just started and then got pregnant and took maternity leave. Doesn't dress professionally.

She appears overwhelmed which is probably expected but it would have been nice as a 'new' Mom for my infant daughters' checkups to have lasted more than 5 minutes.

Dr.Higgins was a big help to me when I was expecting my first child. I have only been seeing her for less then a year, but it was reassuring to have her, when I missed my other physician so much. She is very knowledgable and comfortable to talk wtih.
