I have a problem with him not being able to admit you to any hospital and also with the fact he is not licensed to prescribe narcotics. Before my wife was diagnosed with cancer, she was having major pain and he was not able to give her anything to help. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Mari was my MD for a long time. The girl who answers the phone has all ways been snarky to down right rude. But I liked the doctor. I called for an appointment and was asked what was the matter? I said back pain. She said she would call me back with an appointment time. When she called back she told my husband to tell me go to a back doctor. What a time to have to find a new doctor. My diagnosis? Kidney stone which was caught in the tube. A back doctor takes care of bones, not kidney troubles. I don't need a receptionist diagnosing me over the phone. Needless to say I have a new doctor.

As a new patient, based on previous comments I was a little unsure of what to expect from Dr. Mari and staff. I've been completely satisfied with the kind staff and Dr. Mari. Dr. Mari reminds me of Dr. Oz. I feel I'm in good hands, and would recommend this team. Keep in mind, a good attitude brings a good response.

I have only used Dr. Mari 2 times...he seems ok but his office staff are so RUDE. They definately do not want to be bothered with you or help you or politely answer any questions. I did complain to my insurance company because I decided to switch Dr.'s. It is unfortunate that from all the posts above how many patients he has lost. I really have not seen Dr. Mari enough to voice an opinion about him personally but his office staff need to be replaced. I really thought that, well maybe it is me, but now I see from these posts that there are many that feel the same. To anyone that is looking to see him, save your time and money and look for another Dr. I have worked in the medical field for a long time and have never come across such rudeness. I hope he reads these reviews so he can make a change.

I have been going to Dr. Mari for 23 years. He has always been a very nice Dr. but I agree, blah. I cannot stand dealing with his frontline office staff. I should have changed to Weigand when they split. And did you know the main witch at the front desk is his wife?! I think they should just retire.

The other posts hit the nail on the head about the terrible staff. The Dr brags about not being affilated with any hospital. They do charge for every piece of paper. All he wants to do is write easy prescriptions, he said I had too many prescriptions. He said I was too much work for him and fired me.

Three generations of my family has been seen by Dr. Mari since he practiced in MI. He is a terrific DR. He has always made me feel comfortable talking with him, he always spends a proper amount of time with me and is always spot on with treating me. I think he is an excellant DR. and the people in the past posts have no idea what they are talking about. I recommend Dr. Mari to everyone that is looking for a family Dr.

This was my first visit with Dr Mari and he only spent about 15 minutes with me on a complete physical. He was not as thorough as all of my past doctors and asked very few questions about personal and family health history. It seemed that he was in a hurry to get to the next patient and I felt I was ripped-off! A week later my lab results for my bloodwork arrived and I was charged 50 cents for a copy. None of my doctors have ever charged me for a copy of a lab report. When I questioned the staff about this, they got defensive and rude!
