horrid experience, this lady was truly condescending for all of my apt

I wondered if it was just me...waiting 45 minutes in the examining room...when she came in...she did not apologize for the long wait. She exuded "attitude" - no warmth or pleasantries, impatient, brusque, making me feel like she had better things to do.

Took my mother to see as as my mothers doctor just retired. The MD hd horrible med size manners. She yelled at my mom who has a language barrier then later called me to say we "wasted her time" please avoid this uncompassionate MD at all cost.

Over caffeinated. Overworked. Seems to feel people are to be treated as objects. Got kicked out of her practice by herself because I complained to Midstate where she now works in Southington and Meriden. Rude and bitter woman. Waiting room always empty

I had one appointment with her. It was only because dr. Z was busy and she was new to practice.I thought why not. Now I know why not. She is very condecending. She cares nothing for your problem. When I go to office they always ask me if I would see her as Dr. Z is running behind. I say no thank you! I will wait as long as it takes.

Dr. Osnaga has horrific bedside manner and is not compassionate. She finds families of very sick patients a nuisance. She complained of getting too many phone calls about one patient and did not even spend any time with the family to explain her decisions. She was quick to pull care from a patient based on their age, saying "she's just old" to the family. Do not get very ill in the hospital with this doctor in charge of your care!!
