After a brief meeting after my angiogram on April 20, he suggested to do a reverse stint procedure as the blockage as softer on the otherside that he and Dr. Bainey would do together
Dr Vo was very persistent during the procedure on June 20 when many doctors would have given up he kept going and trying different ways to succeed. And guess what he did. Thank you for your part in saving my quality of life.

Dr. Vo was asked to see me by one of his collegues. He was super. He was very knowledgeable, offered a lot of information, and answered all my questions. He is super caring, and put me to ease about the whole procedure. This man is my hero!

I had a pre-op appt where Dr. Vo kept insisting that I was a low risk patient for any heart ailments due to the fact that I was a 45 yr. old female. Too young to have problems. This was despite 2 stress tests that showed irregularities and a 24 hr heart monitor that also showed changes in heart beat.On top of this, my father was only 49 when he had his FIRST bypass which was a triple. He has had 3episodes with heart problems. My fraternal uncle passed away from a heart attack (NOT his first one), my mother has had a heart attack and my maternal grandmother passed away from a heart attack. Being such a hereditary disease, how can Dr. Vo possibly say that I was a low risk patient?!Just before he was about to perform my angiogram, Dr. Vo stood at the end of my bed and told me that it was not time to find out if things were all stress related after all, or 'if there actually WAS something wrong...I DID have a blockage and Dr.Vo couldn't even look me in the eye or admit he was wrong!!!!

I had an MI in May, 2009 and at that time Dr. Vo had to do the proceedure to give me 3 stents. He is a very caring Dr. and also very professional at what he does. He went through my wrist rather then the groin area to do the stents. He is the cardiologist of the year in my opinion...

I had an M.I. in early February, '10. Dr Vo was the attending physician in the Cardiac Care Unit at HSC. Upon his first visit he quickly put me at ease with his no nonsense manner. Told me he treated these events aggressively and that he would be able to answer any questions I or my family had. He not only answered our questions in terms that we could understand, but he diagrammed the happenings for our understanding as well. Upon subsequent visits he clearly reported my progress and instilled confidence back to me that I would again be able to function very well upon my discharge. I have seen him in his clinic once since, and again he clearly explained my options for future health care, but let me know that the choices were mine. I am delighted with his communication skills and his professional demeanour.

Dr. Vo is a very bright young cardiologist. He seems very current in his knowledge base. I find him very realistic, honest and enthusiastic. He takes the time required to answer all my questions. I feel so fortunate to have him as my cardiologist.
