Unfriendly staff. Was rushed in & out of appointment after 45 minute wait. The exam was rushed. Then I was rushed over to eyeglass salesperson without being provided a script. Had to ask twice for script please. They are obviously only interested in selling glasses. As another person commented, the glasses are highly overpriced. Cheaply made & poor designs to choose from. There are an overboard amount of security cameras installed all throughout office. I highly suspect the rude staff insulted the wrong person. Terrible service, unfriendly staff, overpriced garbage glasses. Will not ever return & am warning others of my terrible experience. In the end I purchased my glasses thru clearlycontacts.ca & could not be happier.

Got the diagnosis on my daughter right, and still recommended a second opinion from a specialist. Humble, helpful, knows his stuff and explains it well.
