I consulted with Dr. Wong about a uterine surgery but my questions were not taken seriously. He was condescending and brushed off my concerns about pre-surgery drugs and the procedure itself. I was so uncomfortable that I rescheduled the surgery. When I went back to talk to him again, he was dismissive and upset that I had rescheduled. I asked my MD to refer me to a different doctor and I'm so glad I did. The next surgeon was compassionate as well as skilled. It was reassuring to have that doctor both pre and post surgery. I would hate to think of how Dr. Wong's bedside manner would have been after what was a trying and scary surgery. Do not be bullied by your doctor, especially a surgeon.

I saw Dr. Wong on several occasions at Loma Linda because he frequently covered for my regular physician. On one occasion, he was over an hour late to my appointment, which is a true pet peeve. On that particular day, when he finally came in, he was disconnected and rude. He very confidently told me that there was little chance that I would become pregnant due to thin uterine lining. He indicated that there was little medically that could be done to fix the problem with my uterine lining and he implied that I should give up on fertility treatments. I was truly heartbroken, especially since he was not even my physician. Well, later that very same month, with the assistance of a different reproductive endocrinologist, I became pregnant. While he is probably not the worst doctor in the world, he is the worst doctor that has ever treated me. Two thumbs down.

Althought I was unable to get pregnant, I truly believe that Dr. Wong did all he could to try to help my husband and I achieve success with IVF. He has an amazing way of making you feel like he truly cares about you as a person and not just another number. We were very happy and felt safe trusting him with such a delicate manner as IVF. Thank you Dr. Wong for all you did for us!

Kenneth Wong is very cold. He is demeaning and unhelpful. It is obvious the only thing he is concerned with is his own success and career. He is unflexible in his thinking and Not a patient advocate. He's not a doctor one can build a partnership with. I would not recommend him.
