i have used dr harvey for 2 years now and have never had a problem. always get in on time, never wait in lobby more than 10 minutes or so. always listens to my issues and doesn't get up and try t leave until i'm done. i will never use anyone else! very friendly staff

Dr. Harvey is not only my doctor of choice, but he is the doctor I would love to work for! I am a nurse and also a diabetic. Dr Harvey has been to my rescue on many occasions! My husband to served 20 years active duty......so I understand time and patience! If you have been 20 plus years in the military and never had the privilege of seeing the same doctor every time you go in, then SHUT UP ...put your big boy pants on, follow the rules, pay the $75.00 and be on time fr your appointment....be courtios of the person that is coming in after you! I have better things to do than wait around on you! Dr Harvey....don't change a thing, I love what you do....I just miss Jamie!

I've been very sick and Dr. Harvey and his staff expedited everything for me. I've never had a doctor work with me so much to get my tests done immediately. One of the nurses even called around to different hospitals in the state trying to get my appointment earlier. I've only had one nurse that wasn't very friendly, but people have rough days. But as far as a doctor goes, he's been the best I've ever had.

Dr. Harvey's staff was rude concerning an office policy that requires patients who "chronically" miss appointments. Dr. Harvey wants to charge military veterans $75.00 for missing an appointment and Dr. Harvey was too rude and unprofessional to discuss the matter with me. He expects patients to be be 15 minutes early, yet he was 20 minutes late seeing my wife on her first appointment. NOT a good first impression. Dr. Harvey is horribly arrogant to ASSUME his time is more valuable than his patients time. I was told that "we will have to work you in" just because I was 2 minutes late to my first appointment. There were only 3 cars on his parking lot and one of them was mine and no other patients in sight of the check in desk. Dr. Harvey and his staff have forgotten the basic premise of patient care, "CUSTOMER SERVICE". As a 26 year veteran of 2 wars, I felt insulted and demeaned by Dr. Harvey and his staff. I will go elsewhere and will recommend all potential patients to do the same.
