The office staff are less than helpful, I left a message on the nurses line about an urgent issue, which says they will call you back by the end of the day and I never received a call. Dr. Seymour is never on time and seems uninterested in your issue and unsure of what steps to take to resolve it ... He was unwilling to work with my other specialist in terms of my care and suggested I stop the treatment they had put in place, which was not an ENT issue.... Not a good doctor.

Office staff were some of the coldest I've ever met. Waited in exam room for 45 minutes before doctor came in. Dr. seemed uninterested, bored, and annoyed in regards to my case. Left appointment with no progress made. Will not be going back.

Doctor is friendly enough but did not feel he was educated enough about my condition. He appears to waiver and change his mind. While some of this staff is lovely, unfortunately the ones you have to deal with most of the time are uncaring, rude, are eager to bill but not explain how they came up with the figure and incompetent.

Dr. Seymour and his staff assistant are knowledgeable and provided me with effective remedy for my problem, are clear and concise in explaining my condition and treatment, and are patient and caring about my concerns and questions.

An excellent doctor. He did a superb job operating on my sinuses. I haven't had a sinus infevtion since the surgery! I would most definitely recomend him to family and friends.

Dr. Seymour recently did my thyroid surgery. I wanted to stay local and he was recommended by my endocrinologist. He and his partner are superbly trained. He was thorough in his exam and his explanations. The surgery was scheduled promptly, his office staff is most pleasant, and I am very pleased with my results.
