Dr. Aslam is the most dedicated doctor I have ever known. He stays updated on the latest treatments and research and talks to me with compassion and patience. His staff is small, and a well-run machine. Before cancer, I was a nurse for almost 30 years so I have had a lot of exposure to doctors, Dr Aslam is top notch. I feel very blessed to have him on my side.

I had a bad experience with Dr. NaveeD Aslam MD.
I would’ve gave him a five star until after five years and a half He forced on me tamoxifen and he kept me on venlaflaxine During the 5 years.
Stating that the Venlaflaxine helps with sweats, because tamoxifen makes you sweat he said.
I was going thru Menopause also at the time.
After five years Dr. Aslam took me off Tamoxifen. I said I would love to try to get off the medication that I don’t need to be on Venlaflaxine.
He insisted that I stay on meds and refused to take me off.
My primary care Dr. Called Dr. Aslam
And was token off. Dr. NaveedAslam was wrong.
His whole demeanor changed once I question my medication.
My sweats are way lest and I’m feeling great lol and I’m almost done Weaning off the Venlaflaxine. .
because I was on it for so many years it took me to the last crumb to Wean off.
I’m not depressed and my sweats has stopped. Dr. Alsam never told
me that I will have problems getting off Venlaflaxine until i ask to get off.

Doctor Aslam has poor communication skills, listening skills, knowledge and follow-up. The practice is a merry go round of different Doctors and PAs, some of whom don't specialize in your condition. If you need specialized care, go to a different practice.

If anyone has to go thru chemo, see Dr. Aslam. His motto is "we are going to make this as comfortable an experience as possible" and he stands by his words! He is a VERY carring and compassionate dr. He listens to you, comes up with solutions for the problems you are experiencing, and sticks by you when you are not feeling good. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand what is going to happen, is happening, and what to expect. If there are side effects, he helps you thru them so they will not happen again for the next round of chemo. He will research solutions that will work with you. Each person is an individual and is treated as so. Aslam lets the whole family in on your care so they know what you will be going thru and the help that is needed. Aslam was up to date on the treatments for trip neg breast cancer along with getting me into clinical studies during and after treatments to help lower the recurrance rates. He is honest and up front. He follows up very closely.
