Malpractice is the definition of this so called "orthodontist", stay away if you don't want to spend extra money to fix what she broke in your mouth

Doesn't know what she's doing, never took any xrays prior to treatment only after. I had one dead tooth and one calcified tooth after completing my treatment from her.

On my first visit I noticed that her office is very small and it was shared among her siblings with other medical degrees in different fields. At first Dr. Kwok seems very kind and trustworthy but over the course of my treatment she was very pushy on telling patients like me to recommend my family/friends to her so she can get more patients. She started doing a bad job on my teeth, she only sees me for no more than 5 minutes for each visit. She is very frugal with the rubber bands and with the metal wires. She reuses them on my teeth and never changed it for me. Dr.Kwok has a superiority complex in which she thinks she always right and never listens to my input. As of now my treatment hardly progressed and I'm deciding to switch to another orthodontist. She's not trustworthy and I'm very disappointed.

Seems nice on the first visit. Searching for more info before commitment.
