Dr Shokravi is the best! He discovered malignant moles that needed to be removed. He saved my life .

I can't praise Dr. Shokravi enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Not only is Dr. Shokravi incredibly knowledgeable, but he also took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. After a recent visit to Dr. Mohammad Shokravi for a mole assessment, I was troubled by the Doctors urgent approach to the proposed removal of 3 moles. At the end of the assessment, while I was lying face down on the examination table, he told me I had “ 3 sinister looking moles” on my back and on the back of my legs which I assumed I could not see. He quickly went on to say that he just happened to have a little extra time and could remove them immediately if I agreed. The procedure took less than 5 minutes. During the procedure, I realized I was familiar with the two moles he was removing on my legs – small, light brown dots with no sign of negative changes. The Pathology report concurred that all were benign.
For this visit, Dr. Shokravi got paid $269.35. Had he just done the consultation, he would have been paid $84.63. It seems that removing normal moles is Dr. Shokravi’s specialty and, also, his way of supplementing his income.
I believe that the potential profit for Dr. Shokravi outweighed his thoughts of my wellbeing. I will not be returning.

the doctor is ok.. but the admin people "hide " behind that "we'll return your call with in - LOL - 5 business days ". and frankly, i 'd be shocked if they return more than 50% of phone messages ever... they subjected me to the "5 business day return call rule when they completely screwed up my presciptions and couldn't spend 15 seconds to tell me the doctor is now away from the office for a week.. honestly, they need to prioritize and cut tha t 5 business day rule down to days for timely matters... 5 days is fine to book appointment 2 months in the future but NOT pressing problems

If I can I would like to check of Dr. M. B Shokravi actually graduated from medical school. I have been to
him twice . I was trained as an RN...and I can forgive doctors who are really thorough but awkward when
dealing with patients but Dr. Shokravi really left me wondering whether he had any interest in his field at all.

Ive been to him 3 times over the years and would not recommend. The last appointment I went to was mostly filled up with computer issues and he actually looked at me for a total of 5 secs. I went in to talk about my acne, tried to bring up the cream my GP prescribed me and he dismissed it said to use his instead. Try to pick up the prescription and it’s the exact same cream my GP prescribed. He also diagnosed me with psoriasis on my scalp in a previous appointment then prescribed me something, when I brought it back up at my most recent appointment wanting to get a different prescription he looked at it for 1 second, said it was eczema and to just put moisturizer on it. I also had a question about a growth that was getting bigger and smaller, when I asked why it gets bigger or smaller he replied that’s what happens. I felt very dismissed and that he wasn’t listening to me, and that he was also trying to answer my questions quickly to get me out the door.

Dr Shokravi possesses sublime skills. I immediately recognized his knowledge and talent when I became a patient of his several years ago. Furthermore, he is most diligent and supportive. Clearly, he cares for patients. You may have to wait to see him, but consider that he spends extra time with his most needful patients. In addition, his office staff is warm, smiling, receptive and helpful. Totally recommended. Barrie

I found Dr. Skhokravi to be an excellent doctor to scan for problems. His staff d have 0 understanding or compassion when needed. They will not respond to calls for 5 days and will not own up to their own mistakes. No consideration for seniors . Rude and smart alleck attitudes.
