He didn't listen, asking me the same questions I had already answered. I thought he was rude and overall very unpleasent. I waited 40 minutes. He insisted on a complete physical (including a hernia exam) after I came in complaining of sinus headaches and congestion. This was my first visit to this man, but doing a complete physical should have been rescheduled. He should have addressed the problem I came in with, not put a patient through an examination that included areas totally unrealated to the condition that was presented. He repeated advice to me that was out his area of expertise, and went way over the line of total arrogance and insensitivity. He may be somewhat knowledgeable, but there are too many other doctors who are knowledgeable and much kinder. I now know why I was able to get an appointment with the man within hours of calling the clinic requesting an appointment with a doctor. I have since learned his reputation is what I have presented. I will never return.
