Dr. Vichnevetsky is an excellent physician. It is an unavoidable problem that emergency room physicians sometimes keep you waiting, since they have to engage in triage and take the more serious patients first, regardless of how long you have been waiting. That said, Dr. Vichnevetsky has, on the few occasions I have needed his services, been a responsive and caring physician. I recommend him highly.

After waiting in the urgent care area for 4+ hours with a herniated disk, and no contact from anyone, the doctor spent 4 minutes with me and offered no comments on what I should do or expect. Wouldn't even stop for a second to answer one question for me. It was the worst bed-side manner I have ever experienced. I know things were busy, but it was inexcusable. I will NEVER go back there again!
