Brought my elderly mother to see Dr. Corona for back pain and could not have been more impressed with his knowledge, compassion and down to earth demeanor. He spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions and in the end was able to make some suggestions to really help her. I would highly recommend.

I was in his office with extreme pain in both knees and ankle April 2017. The last time he took a X-ray was in 2014. He did not even bother this visit and only offered me some pills. My pain led me to another Doctor thru X-ray saw I had a torn tendon and for legs I am in PT. Dr Corona should retire and give back my office visit money.

Plain and simple Dr. Corona had a very cold demeanor to him my visit with him. Wasn't very personal at all and made me feel like I was bothering him somehow. Sadly enough I diagnosed my injury better than he did too. Thankfully I brought my mother with me who is registered nurse and had the same injury I had, and she was disgusted with Dr. Corona's attitude and demeanor. Quite frankly if you're going to come across like such a jerk to patients just get out of the business because you make me look different at doctors and not in a good way. If you have a stress fractured ankle or any ankle injury stay far away from this cold man. He's probably kinder to elderly people was the vibe I caught off him.

Unfortunately I was sent to see Dr Corona by my workers comp insurance company for an independent medical examination (IME). My treating physician requested permission to perform neck surgery from an injury I sustained and workers comp denied pending the results from an IME with Dr Corona. My visit with Dr Corona was all but five minutes long. He was very rude and I knew I didn't stand a chance. He asked my to look up down and left to right and asked me very few questions never giving me a chance to speak he kept interrupting me and quickly moving on to the next question. After looking him up I found out he doesn't even specialize in the spine but has performed surgeries on the foot sand legs. I find this very incompetent. How does a Dr give a valid opinion on spine issues when this is not his specialty? Horrible experience. Terrible ethics

I saw Dr Corona 3 times. In April, two days after after Summit Medical Group Urgent Care recommended I see him for the fractured fibula, which they had diagnosed and medicated with a removable black boot. Again a week later and finally 6 weeks later. The biggest problem in these 3 visits was that SMG parking lot is too small for the huge number of doctors and patients. So one must use the free valet parking (of course you need to tip the attendant who brings you your car). Each time I saw Dr. Corona, he examined the foot and discussed it with me and my husband. The X-ray is right there and he check the foot after a week and after 5. They were pleasant visits. I enjoyed, right, enjoyed my visits with him. Dr Corona has practiced for years and is thorough, professional and not too impressed with the miracles that medicine performs. I like his quote from Voltaire: "The art of medicine consists of amusing the patient while nature cures the disease." I highly recommend Dr. Corona.

Hated everything about my first visit to this doctor. He didn't even ask me about my condition in detail. He didnt like me telling him about my condition at all. Instead he asked me if I wanted a pain medication and as soon as I began explaining to him he said in a stern voice do you want the medicine or NOT. I just wanted to get his opinion if I need the pain medicine or not. Very bad doctor.

Excellent orthopedic doctor. Performed carpal tunnel surgery on my hands. Called later in the day personally to check on my progress and two days later to set a follow up appointment. Well worth any wait in the office for an expert and concerned doctor.
