Dr. Al-Najim has been seeing my daughter since birth. I wouldn't have anyone else. I called about 4 pediatricians just before my daughters birth, asking for an appointment in order to select the right one. All the others refused to see me, as if this was an unreasonable request. Dr,. Julie said to come right over! She is very accessible, approachable. She gives collaborative care - explains the options and leaves the decisions to me. She's accessible in those times of crisis in infanthood. My daughter was hospitalized once too, so I've dealt with her in that capacity too. Her bedside manner is also excellent with my daughter. Staff is pleasant and efficient too.
