Honestly I liked Dr Wolfe and his nurse. His staff suck. They won't answer the phone or call back. Weeks would go by and I still wouldn't receive a call back. There was once I had go to the office to schedule an appointment and the staff seemed annoyed. This passed time it was two weeks I couldn't get ahold of them so I went to the office and canceled any further appointments and asked for my medical records. It's ridiculous I had to do that especially more than once. Never again.

He sucks!! Doesn’t listen nor does he seem to care really!! I’ve been waiting for a pain management appointment for almost 2 years. He prescribed me a medication that I had side affects to and wasn’t helping me at all anyway... his solution to this was to write a rx for same exact medication but double the milligrams and instead of once a day, to take twice a day!!! Omg... I’m not a doctor nor nurse, etc. but even I know that when you have side affects to a certain medication you are supposed to immediately stop taking them... what kind of lunatic would do something so asinine and negligent?? Of course, I never filled new rx !! I am so sick and tired of incompetent doctors/nurses etc! I have no trust, faith or belief in the medical field at all due to doctors like Dr.Wolfe whose compassion, bedside manners, professionalism and knowledge is non existent!!!

The contact information and location for Dr. Wolfe's office is wrong. Makes me wonder what else is wrong on this site. He has always treated me well and actually has a great reputation in town. Keep in mind that most 1/5 ratings for physicians are made by disgruntled patients who weren't prescribed narcotics. Big problem in this town.

Has a very busy office. My visit lasted about 20 minutes and the staff were funny and very friendly. Easy to schedule an appointment with just a call. Recommend Dr. Wolfe.

Moved to the area from out of state. Brought a list of meds and test results from medical records. NEVER got to see him. Nasty staff member took my vitals and when I refused be weighed was told to leave. When I asked why the staff member was gone and the doctor said from another room "You have regulated medicine and the dosage goes by weight." I was embarrassed and left. I am 65, diabetic, A-fib, high blood pressure, obesity, need double knee replacements and have spinal stenosis. I was mistreated embarrassed and treated like a drug addict and NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR!!!
Need Lyrica for diabetic nerve pain - go away doesn't give rx for regulated meds.
need pain management - go away doesn't give rx for pain meds.
need blood pressure, heart or thyroid meds - go away doesn't CARE.
need diabetic meds or insulin - go away doesn't CARE
OVERWEIGHT???? GO AWAY DOESN'T RESPECT YOUR FEELINGS AND RIGHT TO DISCUSS IT PRIVATELY WITH HIM INSTEAD OF NASTY OLD LADY ON STAFF!
Need someone to care? GO AWAY! BTW Signs in waiting room "Does not give narcotics" (OK!) "Got a cough? ask us for a mask"
I was sent away - that's OK - but the way it was done was terrible and insulting! The woman just said "Leave" and disappeared. HUMILIATING!

Dr. Wolfe is nice, but I wouldn't recommend him to anyone needing more than yearly check-ups. I've always had a 50/50 chance of getting an appt. in a timely manner, or having to go to somewhere like Med Express to be seen. He doesn't do a great job of listening all the time, and actually walked out of the room when I still had questions during my last appt. Although his receptionist isn't very friendly, his nurse has always been very nice and helpful. My main issue is that it tends to take a long time (usually weeks) to get a referral to a specialist, and that is usually only after I remind them a few times by phone and/or going to the office.

This doctor is awesome. He straightened out my medications and manages my liver transplant quarterly. He is in practice in his own offices now, not with HCA/St Josephs Hospital as this site reports. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great electronic systems for charts. Reputation in town is very good. E-prescribes from the office which really speeds up pharmacy orders. His brother is right next door practicing Pediatrics which helps our family. Has an RN and 2 Registered Respiratory Therapists managing care. Great system

I found out my son's rbc's,hgb, hct were very extremely high!! He did not tell me the results and did not do anything about it. I found out when we switched doctors and our new doctor compared labwork. I do not recommend him!!! His staff is nasty especially his receptionist! I usually dont say anything about doctors but stay away!!

Staff is rude and do not know how to follow procedures properly. I have worked with insurance companies for 15 years as a Director of Human Resources for a multi-state therapy firm, Asst. Director for a hospital, and a professor at a university. I know about professionalism and customer care. This doctor and staff have no idea and obviously don't care.
