Dr.Franklin is one of those rare specialist who actually cares about the patient as well as the outcome. His office is the Transplant Office for Kidneys. His Staff is superlative, he is knowledgeable and manages to explain every step of any procedure so clearly that you have no confusion as to the process and expected outcome. Any possible complications/deviations of the procedure is covered as well as the remedy for those circumstances. I have never encoutered any doctor who was so careful to explain succinctly any procedure. He is a gift to the medical profession, especially to the medical community in Des Moines, Iowa.
