Dr. Burks was very knowledgeable and professional. His staff were organized and sympathetic. I am returning to him for an issue my daughter is having with her foot.

I went to Dr. Burks for a consultation about my big toe. The x-rays show bone on bone and the other doc I went to wanted to do surgery. After consulting with Dr. Burks and listening to his detailed diagnosis, we both decided that the surgery was not needed at this time. He gave me an rx for a topical cream and said that most likely I would never need to have surgery. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. He saved me from having to have unnecessary surgery. It reaffirms my believe that you should always get a second opinion before you resort to surgery. If I have any further problems, I will definitely return to Dr. Burks for a solution.

I want to say that my sister was the patient of Dr. Burks and is was wonderful to her and our family. He prayed before her surgery and was very kind, considerate of her feelings, she passed away from complications of diabetes, and he called me to check on myself as her care giver and our family. He was an awesome doctor and I would recommend him to anyone having a foot or ankle issue. Thank you God for Dr. Burks and his staff. The Arkansas Surgical Hospital is the top of the line.The accomodations and rooms were wonderful.. Thank you Dr. Burks for being who you are. You and your staff are awesome.Debbie Webb

I was not happy with the service that was provided by the doctor and his staff. My foot surgery was not like I expected,I was given good instructions on what to do after surgery and how to heal after my surgery. Dr Jesse Burks staff is very unprofessional, they schedule me for a surgery and put another date on my form which could have cause me to miss the date I was scheduled.
