I was warned he may have a bad bedside manner… wrong! He is excellent, very warm, friendly, compassionate, explanatory, well spoken. He takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done and makes sure you understand it. I felt like he really cared about me. I wasn’t just another number. He made me lose my fear of an operation and actually look forward to it. He has a great smile too. Just don’t watch the operation on line. It made me want to chicken out again. He replaced my hip and I have had no pain and am back to my normal life. He is the best! I highly recommend Dr. Lock.

I've had both my hips replaced by Dr. Locke. The right hip in 2010 and my left hip in June of this year (2021) . I couldn't be more pleased and am once again functioning without hip pain. When faced with the second replacement operation I wouldn't even consider using another surgeon. I traveled quite a distance because of the confidence I have in this Orthopedic specialist. I understand that not all surgeries turn out favorably but both of mine went without incident and I would highly recommend Dr. Locke to any person seeking answers and solutions to joint impairment. I'm 71 years old and back to enjoying an active life.

I don' understand why this doctor has ANY bad ratings. He did a total knee replacement on me 1 & 1/2 years ago. I left the hospital the night of surgery and had no problems. No pain to speak of very fast recovery. 2 days ago I saw him for shoulder pain and he put shots in both shoulders. Recommended no surgery due to my age. I am an 85 year old grandmother and he treated me like he would have his own wife, mother. Grandmother. Very caring and compassionate. I very much recommend this doctor.

Dr. Lock is the best surgeon that I know of. He replaced both of my hips 3 years ago. They are perfect and I didn't even have to go to therapy. Last year in June is did a knee replacement on me. I recovered faster than anyone that I know. I am totally satisfied. He is the best.

First visit, excellent! Staff could be friendlier, but Dr Lock makes up for their lack of warm.

I had right knee replacement with DR. Lock and had developed swelling after leaving the hospital that has since closed in Kingman. They did not put the compression boot on my other leg therefore having gotten a polmonary embolisum. He also refused to come to KRMC when I arrived there with my knee swollen so bad I could not walk! Make up your own mind!

I am surprised this physician has bad ratings somewhere. He has a large successful practice with many happy clients, somebody must be jealous.

I was diagnosed with torn meniscus, had surgery and over 12 weeks later am still having problems. His response is oh well more or less. I am worse off now than before he performed the surgery and my "good" knee now requires attention. I have found another doctor and do not recommend Lock. abrupt, tardy and had no spark of compassion. My knee surgery did nothing to improve my condition. I would not recommend him at all.
