Dr is a very caring individual devoting much of her time to pts with no insurance or insurance that only pays the minimum allowable amount (state assisted). Questions are answered in detail, when asked. Wait time is long, but no longer than driving to metro detroit to sit and wait.

She cares only about the money. All appointments are triple booked!!!! Expect to wait at least 2 hours to be seen.Horrible service

To be fair, I have not seen Dr. Reddy herself. I have always had other doctors when I have appointments with her. I stopped going there because every time I go there I have more than one hour to wait. Last time I was there, I walked out because I had waited for over an hour, and another woman, who was there after I was, went up to complain about the wait. The staff at the desk went back to check her file, and said she was next up. Sorry. My time is valuable too.

Dr. reddy is the best doctor I have ever had. I have been a patient of hers ever since I have been in grade school- she has put me in if I ever have an emergency- and she does so with all of her patients. She explains things well and tells you what you need to do to maintain good health. But you must do your part and be healthy and take good care of yourself! Its and give give relationship.

Dr. Sushma Reddy is the only Endocrinologist in our area, so it sometimes difficult for a new patient to get an appointment. But, once you're a patient, everything goes smoothly with the appointments. She is an Excellent Dr. and has a good reputation for that. She is always accurate in her diagnosis and very, very busy. She will spend time with a patient if it's needed, otherwise she goes on to the next one...I would recommend anyone with Endo problems to see her... She is very kind.
