Dr Boyce was very personable when I first met him, some 9 yrs ago, prior to my first hip replacement. He was quicker in his thinking and conclusions, than I could be in my story-telling! Albeit, he's not in it for story telling, yet there is a need for some, more/less, to tell OUR story. After listening to mine, both times, he quickly determined that surgery was necessary. Now, after the 2nd replacement, I awaited news as to when I'm allowed to bear weight, walk with crutches, without support, at discharge. It did not come. So I went home. I am convinced he is one of the best surgeons in this area. Only wish he was as dedicated in doing my CPP disability review application, as he seemed to prepare to do. Good bye!

Dr. Boyce completed both of my hip replacement surgeries over the past year (Nov 2010 and then again in March 2011 for the other side). I have osteoarthritus. I am so happy with the results. Dr. Boyce knows what he is doing. I found him very straight forward, knowledgable, and professional. I would recommend him to any of my friends who need this type of surgery. 4 months out of the second surgery and I am playing some casual inline hockey with my son, biking, golfing, and working out.
