Dr.Hortop was the most respectful of all the doctors I encountered in Ormstown. He took time to hear what you had to say, asked questions, answered questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he would find someone who could help. He was not afraid to refer to specialists. He eased anxious feelings of being at a doctor's office, and he treated even a young teenager as an adult whose complaints were worthy of attention and serious consideration. I have never felt more respected or more paid attention to by any other doctor.

Dr Hortop is an amazing doctor. Punctuality is not his strong point because he doesn't pay attention to the clock. He affords each patient the amount of time they need to resolve any issues they may have. He is magical with children, especially babies. He once drew blood from my sleeping infant (who was and is a light sleeper) without even waking him. I wish there were more caring doctors like him.

Dr.Hortop est l'un des meilleurs médecin qui ne considère pas ses patients comme de simple numéro, il prend tout le temp nécessaire pour régler tout les petits problème que nous avons. Il prend le temp d'écouter , ce que certain médecin ne prend pas le temp de faire... C'est un excellent médecin et une extraordinaire personne!!!! Bravo!!!!

Très professionnel, consciencieux, connaissances à la fine pointe. Nous nous sentons en confiance avec Dr Hortop. Très près des gens donc très humain. Il accorde à chaque patient le temps qu'il se doit afin de ne négliger aucun périmètre pouvant conduire à un diagnostique bien établit. Bravo Dr. Hortop!!! et Merci!!!

Docteur Hortop est très près des patients, j'ai consulté pour mon fils qui n'avait alors que quelques mois et il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions. Il était à ce moment là à la clinique de Mistissini Lake où il se déplace à tous les 3 mois environ. Il a examiné le bébé et il était très consciencieux.
