Extremely professional, honest and hardworking. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I probably wouldn't be alive if it weren't for this doctor and his willingness to uncover the root causes of a medical condition, even when it appears to be something else on the surface. The staff is kind, and just as professional and hardworking.

While I wouldn't necessarily say he has great bedside manner, he was punctual, did his job and left for the next patient. He didn't dilly dally and I respect that. He obviously makes his appointment times count and respects his patients and his time. He was professional.

I've had Dr. Millencoff on two occasions. Loved his sense of humor and his patient attitude to my concerns. Best Colonoscopy I've ever had!! He's a busy guy and one ought to respect that. He's not your GP holding your hand. Although, I felt I was in good hands and my concerns respected.

Met with Dr Milencoff today and did not experience any of the previous concerns listed. He took the time to listen to me and provided excellent medical explanations and advice. I also met with Crystal and she was equally as pleasant.

I found Dr. Milencoff to be very professional in the medical procedures he did for me and in the medical information that he gave me that I needed to know to be able to make informed medical decisions that came my way at my doctor appointments. And he is a great listener when I felt overwhelmed and nervous, along with being patient, respectful and kind to me as well. I also didn't have to wait on him too long even when I knew he was very busy, because being in hospitals and doctor offices a lot I really see how busy doctors and nurses can be . Plus, I worked as a H.C.A. years ago for 20 years in a Nursing home to know until I got very ill and became a patient to have a well rounded view of the Healthcare field. I also found that Dr. Milencoff's medical secretary Crystal to be a very nice, cheery and uplifting person when I was facing serious illness, as were all the nurses and the other medical professionals and workers at the hospitaI that I was in contact with while they were being so helpful and caring with me. Thank you all and Dr. Milencoff thank you so much as I couldn't have got through all my health issues and operations without you and your excellent care, (November 2021).

he did not like me refusing specific specialist and exam so he told me next option live with my pain basically because I am senior with few years left of life...
lacked Empathy,Staff nurse unfriendly it was cruel to speak to senior that way

If you don't like his bedside manner, or his receptionists lack of "tenderness", then GFY! The man saved my life, so if you don't like him or his receptionist, then I suggest you file a "Hurt Feelings" report! Oh, at the risk of repeating myself, I say again, GFY!
