I was extremely impressed with Dr. Smith and her staff. Very professional in demeanor and very honest and upfront regarding my shoulder injury. Took the time to answer my questions and fully explain the situation. I would highly recommend her.

I met Dr. Smith 4 months after my accident, when it was determined that I had massive tear in my rotator cuff. Still during Covid when majority of surgeries were on hold, Dr. Smith was able to schedule me as an emergency. Although I had prescribed painkillers and was not opposed to taking them, I was able to recover with tylenol for only a couple of days. The scars are minimal.
It's 4 months now and I'm on to strength training. I am very happy with the result of the surgery and my recovery. Dr, Smith is not only very knowledgeable and excellent with what she does, I found her to be very compassionate. I am so glad I ended up in her care. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a rotator cuff surgery.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. She has little to no empathy for her patients. I wanted 18 months for a meeting that lasted about 5 minutes. She acknowledged the damage to my shoulder and clavicle, said it's going to get worse and will lead to really bad arthritis as I age. Then followed that up with, sorry I won't operate on you as it's a challenging operation. So being hit with this dead end statement, I had to ask, well, what do I do now? Who do I go see? Her response, she shrugs her shoulders and says, just do whatever makes you feel better. What kind of a doctor is this??? I suspect because of her high demand in the area, she picks and chooses her surgeries based on ease and defers anything that may be "challenging". I will never recommend anyone go to her.

Dr Smith is one or the best surgeons I’ve come across. I had a left shoulder laterjet surgery competed in January. Best recovery advise and recommendations. Her staff at her own practice and MSH is wonderful. I’m lucky to have her as my surgeon. Thank you Doc!!!
