I have been with Dr Kapila for years and knew Natasha when she was with another Dr. There are a few mixups with billing, but I am willing to overlook them to keep with Dr Kapila. I trust her completely.

I have never seen a doctor interested in getting paid. I do not think she cares about her patients at all. I will not refer her to anyone. Stay away she is money hungry.

This doctor cares about money. She charges for refills, questions, phone calls, letters, the air you breathe. She does not care about your mental health. No insight. She is an angry woman who should quit her job. She especially resents addicts.

This woman was very rude, and all she cared about was getting paid. Very unfriendly, and she treated me like a second class citizen. Her staff or shall I say the one girl working for her, is just as bad, and as rude!

Dr. Kapila and her staff were very caring and compassionate at a terrible time in our lives. We had to wait a bit to see her, but, once in her office, she did not rush us out. She was very detailed with her intake and did not jump to conclusions. She was very thorough in explaining her initial diagnosis. We left her office feeling totally comfortable with her assessment the plan she made.

took my adult son to Dr. Kapila for treatment. She read a couple reports from other people and said he needed meds but offered very little insight as to why or how the meds would help. I feel she should be more forth-coming with advice and spend less time writing and writing. That, alone, makes a person very uncomfortable. Not sure how she is rated #2

Dr. Kapila was ok. She was not very friendly, and when reviewing my history asked some detailed questions that no provider has ever asked me about a specific traumatic event. She claims to have worked with victims of trauma before, but I doubt it based on her questions. Her office staff is terrible. Not friendly, and completely unwilling to do a little extra work and make a couple extra phone calls to help get my claim paid. They were unwilling to submit the claim themselves which is exactly what my health ins. said they should have done. Because they are unwilling to do this, it appears I am out $200. They called me the day before my appointment (I had been waiting over a month for this appointment) to tell me I would need to bring in $350 to be seen. Natasha, who handles billing, is unwilling to provide information that is not provided on the receipt you are given. FYI... You will need the "NPI number" (she told me it starts with 170, but refused to give me the rest of the number) of the facility and provide. You will also need the FAX number. Both of which are not on the receipt. The tax id number is the same as the "SSN or EIN" number you will see on your receipt. The main problem is that Dr. Kapila is in the PHCS network, but will not give patients the discounts that are due to patients in the PHCS network as stated with the providers contract with PHCS. I would never have gone to this provider if they weren't in the PHCS network. The crazy thing is that she is STILL in the PHCS network, but not honoring the contract that is signed. It's not Dr. Kapila's problem though. She already has my $350. Natasha suggested I get on Obamacare. She said they don't have any problems with Obamacare. Real patriot, that Natasha... She would rather I spend everyone's tax dollars instead of using my private health insurance. If you can avoid Dr. Kapila, I would. I'm never going back.

Been going to her about 3 years. My biggest gripes are that she often seems distracted. She's spends most of the session filling out forms for my file (by hand) so by the time we're ready to actually talk, I've been there quite some time. I've had a few issues lately where I wanted to switch meds and go back to something I've tried before, and rather than having a phone session to discuss, she's insisted I come back in. So now I have to wait a month, still using the wrong meds, then take time out of my new job, just to sit and watch her take notes. Not very efficient. But when we do eventually talk, she seems genuinely interested in helping find something that will help and in giving me general tips.
