I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr, Fogle and Audra. Dr. Fogel is only virtual at this time. Her hours are limited for school aged children. My son has trouble with focus and when I requested a 30 minute session, the rate was $170 for a virtual meet. My son met with her a few times. The total bill was $850. The office billed my son's session only to me. I discussed with Dr, Fogle during the intital consultation that the sessions would be split by both parents. The office billed me and did not split the cost. When asked to correct the mistake, Audra said she was not consulted therefore she will not cooperate. I never received feedback regarding the sessions with my son. I feel with the excessive fees, limited hours, unwillingness to correct billing problems, and lack of feedback or communication, resulted in a very poor experience. This is my first time giving a poor rating to a professional.

Melissa does not have a clear grasp of teen manipulation and refuses to give status reports. We took our daughter to her after a stressful year in college to help get her back on track. Melissa was not on topic about accountability,, Melissa was not on top of things with deadlines counseling to meet deadlines. She would not provide status reports, or communicate about progress and lead us to believe everything on track, after about 4 months of counseling our daughter started exiting her sessions highly agitated, aggressive and hostile. Due to the lack of requested status updates with consent obtained this affected our daughter negatively causing her more distress where she clearly needed hands on professional guidance and help meeting deadlines and goals, All of this was discussed when we agreed to the counseling from day 1. When Melissa was advised to the losses due to her not counseling our daughter through the process for accountability, she was speechless and only comment "counseling is a process". Teenagers lie and counselors goals are to identify this, gain trust and make sure they do not end up in a worse position after counseling than before. Her fees are highly inflated, she gives no feedback and does not return calls or provide care updates. Seems she was taking her through past anxiety and it was distressing and causing her more emotional anxiety. She will not provide a status update, And tries to charge $100.00 for a status call. Our daughter has improved but it's more attributed to medication management which Melissa is not part of.

the gross and universal lack of ethics in the office should give anyone pause. they see minors without their parent's consent and even after being notified that they are behaving unethically and in violation of governing law they continue to do whatever they want as long as someone is willing to cut them a check. how any of the "doctors" in this office continues to hold a license boggles the mind.

She connects with my child, is very attentive to him and I trust her with him. The only thing that could improve I feel would be including the parent perhaps though an individual session with parent periodically so I'm not taking up my child's appointment time updating Dr. while child waits alone. I have also not been given any specific treatment plan.

Dr. Fogle is very technically skilled in her profession. I can understand how people would perceive her way of treatment as being "non-compassionate" but I think that it actually works out better that way. She is very professional and I never felt unwanted or unwelcome but I did feel like I was her patient and not her friend. I really liked that she stays up to date with current research as opposed to others who were trained and never update their knowledge base. Very smart- will definitely help if you are willing to accept her as your Doctor and not necessarily your best-friend.

Dr. Fogle is extremely knowledgable of her field. I would definitely recommend her to others. The office is clean and the staff is very helpful.

Dr. Fogle was knowledgeable, but didn't seem to connect or show much compassion for why we were there. I understand that she is all about statistics and testing; however, her approach with us about a sensitive topic was abrupt and matter of fact.

Terrible, unethical person along with the entire company. Beware: The don't care about anything but money. Family is not their bussiness.
