On the day of my appointment she wouldnt allow my husband to stay..she pulled the wrong tooth. She kept having to go in to her office for god knows what. I chose to he sedated..was froggy for 3 whole days. SHES HORRIBLE!!

I know this Dentist thru her services, while i have never liked her personality, her work was good. However, I am compelled to seek out more information on her due to the absolutely bizarre behaviors she has displayed during my encounters with her. Her behaviors are indicative of a crack head junkie, constant twitching, and shifting sitting and or standing, totally in able to focus on conversations, consistently disgruntle, uses profanity, and vulgar jesters when upset, very little eye contact and is on an emotional roller coaster ride every 5 minutes, she's either crying, angry or happy? and has associates that are quite unsavory come into the office to visit her? This is my perception of Dr Knodel, my actual experience with her, No way would I work for such a basket case, so disorganized, canceled many times with out fair notice to me, she speaks so condescending to her staff and just very unprofessional about business. The work she did on my teeth I felt was good. in all, I think this person is suffering from some major mental health issues and is a ticking time bomb. About to report to a few places...

Robin hired me as an assistant. I worked for 8hrs the first day. That evening my infant son became seriously ill. I called and told her that I couldn't make my second day but I'd be back on the third day. She said that I'd left her in a bad way and she couldn't handle the stress of someone being unreliable. I said ok. A few days passed and I asked her about my check for the one day, she said she would prefer to mail it to me instead of me picking it up, I said that's fine and gave her my address. A week passed before I called asking for the check, in which she responds that she's not going to pay me because "she can't afford it".

I've read these other reviews and honestly, I don't understand some of this. I've used Dr Knodel for a while now for sedation dentistry. She's never treated me like this. She has always responded to my needs, regardless of what they were. At the time, I knew she was going through some personal problems which I made allowances for (not everyone will I guess) but she never gave me a hard time about anything. I guess everyone has an opinion but mine is nothing but good about her and I intend on using her again in the near future.

Just the worst ever. Her work needed to be redone by a different dentist and she wouldn't refund me my money when I overpaid my account

I see I wasn't the only one who thought this witch shouldn't be practicing dentistry anywhere... horrible experience saw her in 2003 . She kept pushing Drugs on me said she could tell I was nervous...I was like no I'm fine...had work done that left me in pain paid her in full and she still continued to argue with me saying I owed her 80.00 more...which I didn't. She was paid in full...When I said she wasn't going to get one more thin dime from me she threatened to send my bill to collections...Which she never did because there wasn't one....I Went to another dentist who helped me by redoing everything knodel did and doing it right. This lady is a joke and really unstable nuts I'm surprised to see she still practices . Every review is correct...stay clear of this idiot.

Apparently, Knodel did an illegal act. Knocked out my tooth and then left the roots in. If the new dentist can't get it out, I will have to undergo a delicate gum surgery. 10+ days of antibiotics and explains why i have these spike headaches, it literally feels like a person flicked my brain with a rubberband. Either way, it seems this maybe ground for a malpractice suit.

This was the worst dentist experience I've ever had. I arrived at 9am to have my wisdom teeth pulled under sedation. She insisted my ride leave. I was in her chair as she did absolutely nothing but shoot me up with novicane and pretend to give me nitrous for 7 hours. I was not sedated. Though she put the mask on me face, nothing actually happened. When I told her this she gave me a pill from her purse. Seriously! Finally, I called my husband to come save me. Then all of the work was done in 30 minutes. There is something seriously wrong with this women. Did I mention she was extremely rude, dropped her tools and broke the tip of a file off in my gum, where it remains today. Never go to this women!
